Home Delivery Policy

Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure all delivery information is accurate to avoid delays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation of your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or have proper items delivered.

Please retain the damaged or incorrect items and packaging, as we may require them to be returned for inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, water cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.
